Hangzhou Haiwei Centre is situated at 101 Binkang Road, Binjiang District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. It is positioned as a first-class high-tech business centre geared towards the future information industry and the revitalisation of the city’s landscape. Leifei adopted urban renewal and the interconnection of elements as the fundamental lighting concepts; whilst incorporating the site’s unique characteristics, the design drew inspiration from the ‘core’ of a computer CPU’s Pentium processor. Through lighting, the building complex is interconnected to create a spatial interlinked play of light and shadow;Through the planning of lighting layers and the creation of a sense of sequence, the design embodies the continuity and unity between old and new architecture. On the urban façade, methods such as uniform colour temperature (3000K, distinct from traditional office projects), brightness control and light guidance are employed to integrate the building complex with the atmosphere of the surrounding residential areas, opening up micro-circulation within the urban landscape and achieving a seamless connection between the lighting ambiance of the complex and the nocturnal life of the local community.
Located in the northern part of Zhoushan City, Zhejiang Province, the Zhoushan High-Tech Industrial Park serves as the vanguard of Zhoushan’s development and opening-up, as well as the main hub for innovative development. It encompasses three major industrial platforms:the Provincial High-Tech Industrial Park, the Zhoushan Port Comprehensive Bonded Zone, and the Zhoushan Aviation Industrial Park. With a planned total area of 41.31 square kilometres, Leifei supplied tens of thousands of lighting fixtures and provided support through its intelligent cloud control platform, contributing to the high-quality development of the park’s night-time lighting. The focus of this lighting renovation project was on building and riverside landscape lighting. Leifei supplied tens of thousands of wall-washer lights, linear lights and floodlights for seven buildings and the lakeside landscape within the park. Integrated with Leifei’s proprietary city-scale intelligent lighting control platform, the project aims created a new landmark for Zhoushan.
Located in the Houhai Financial and Business District of Nanshan District, Shenzhen, the project has a total floor area of 217,000 square metres and comprises one main tower and two annexes. The main tower stands 57 storeys tall, reaching a maximum height of 273 metres. It is designed to create a diversified, multi-sector business complex, serving as a new-generation regional business landmark and an aerial reception hall for Houhai, with the ‘Little Waist’ gracefully dancing against the skyline. The project’s exterior features a high-performance glass curtain wall system. One of the key challenges of this construction project was how to seamlessly integrate tens of thousands of square metres of LED lighting with the high-rise curtain wall.Leifei customised 48V wall-washing lights for the project. The silver-coloured luminaires (matching the curtain wall) and dual-sided louvres are ‘concealed’ within the curtain wall. The 4000K light washes over the building’s recessed textures and vertical lines, creating fluid and natural dynamic lighting effects that sculpt a highly sculptural geometric form.
With the roof aglow and point lights twinkling like fireflies, the smart lighting system has breathed new life into this “butterfly” against the night sky.The upgrade and renovation project for cultural industry facilities in the Wuxi Grand Theatre area officially commenced in August 2025. This renovation plan, focused on “aesthetic enhancement and functional optimisation”, incorporated Leifei Lighting’s bespoke lighting solutions. Through the innovative application of various luminaire types—including high-power and low-power spotlights, as well as floodlights—this cultural landmark, which has stood alongside the city’s residents for 13 years, has been revitalised under the night sky. In addition to the main building, the lakeside walkway lighting system has also been upgraded simultaneously, ensuring a seamless connection with the Lihu Lake walkway. This not only guarantees safety for pedestrians at night but also creates a warm and comfortable lighting environment for strolling. Today, residents can admire the full panorama of the theatre from Lihu Bridge, or enjoy the nocturnal panorama where the theatre blends with the lake and the bridge’s silhouette. Architecture is art frozen in time, whilst lighting is its soul at night. This lighting renovation has not only enhanced the visual impact but has also made light a medium connecting architecture, nature and culture. The revitalised Wuxi Grand Theatre will continue to serve as the night-time stage for the city’s cultural life, injecting new vitality into Wuxi’s night-time economy and the integration of culture and tourism.
The Sheraton Tower includes two main buildings of the same height and structure design, which are called "Chongqing Twin Towers". The total height of the building is about 220 meters, of which the crown of the tower is 70 meters (including the spire of 19 m). The building body is 120 me while the podium is 30 m. The 5 facades of the building and the 8 facades of the tower crown are the focus of this lighting renovation. The designer introduced new technologies and new design concepts to this project: lighting design plan is classified according to height level of the building to create multi-dimensional lighting effects; lighting environment of the western Crown International Twin Towers is systematically connected through lighting control system to achieve technically energy saving. This project uses LiteMagic’s product to create a fashionable and energetic landmark for Chongqing city.
