Located in the Houhai Financial and Business District of Nanshan District, Shenzhen, the project has a total floor area of 217,000 square metres and comprises one main tower and two annexes. The main tower stands 57 storeys tall, reaching a maximum height of 273 metres. It is designed to create a diversified, multi-sector business complex, serving as a new-generation regional business landmark and an aerial reception hall for Houhai, with the ‘Little Waist’ gracefully dancing against the skyline.

 The project’s exterior features a high-performance glass curtain wall system. One of the key challenges of this construction project was how to seamlessly integrate tens of thousands of square metres of LED lighting with the high-rise curtain wall.Leifei customised 48V wall-washing lights for the project. The silver-coloured luminaires (matching the curtain wall) and dual-sided louvres are ‘concealed’ within the curtain wall. The 4000K light washes over the building’s recessed textures and vertical lines, creating fluid and natural dynamic lighting effects that sculpt a highly sculptural geometric form.
